For those who have support for the birth and do not require a doula to be present at the birth, I also offer Birth & Postnatal Workshops for individual couples
or small groups which covers vital information to assist with the birth and the early weeks after baby is born.
There would be two sessions prior to the birth as well as unlimited telephone calls and emails to offer you support.
I can assist in helping you write a birth plan so that you can make clear decisions about how you would like your labour and delivery to happen.
I can show you breathing and relaxation exercises to assist the different stages of labour.
